- Dissolve. Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Solution should be clear.
- Label. Label vial with date and concentration (5mg/mL). Refrigerate immediately.
- Dose. Loading: 2.5mg (0.5mL / 50 units) 2x/week. Maintenance: 2mg (0.4mL / 40 units) 1x/week.
