Pepticore LLC d/b/a PeptidesEuro

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through meimx.com (the "Site"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Site or purchase any products.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pepticore LLC d/b/a PeptidesEuro, a Wyoming limited liability company ("PeptidesEuro," "we," "us," or "our").

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Research Use Only — Critical Acknowledgment

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD THROUGH THE SITE ARE INTENDED STRICTLY FOR IN-VITRO LABORATORY AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.

By using the Site or purchasing any product, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that:

  • All products are sold as research materials and are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, or any form of administration to living organisms.
  • No products sold through the Site have been evaluated, approved, or authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for use in the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.
  • PeptidesEuro is not a compounding pharmacy, compounding facility, or outsourcing facility as defined under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
  • Products are not dietary supplements, food, food additives, cosmetics, or medical devices under any applicable regulatory framework.
  • Any information provided on the Site, including product descriptions, educational content, and referenced research, is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, treatment recommendations, or an endorsement of any particular use.
  • You will use all products in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and institutional guidelines governing the purchase, possession, handling, and use of research chemicals and materials.

This acknowledgment is a material term of any transaction. Failure to comply with the research-use-only restriction constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3. Eligibility and Purchaser Qualifications

To use the Site and purchase products, you must:

  • Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Be purchasing products solely for legitimate research purposes.
  • Be capable of handling research chemicals in a responsible manner consistent with applicable safety standards.
  • Not be purchasing products for resale, redistribution, or any purpose that violates these Terms or applicable law.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above qualifications. We reserve the right to request verification of your eligibility at any time and to refuse or cancel any order if we reasonably believe these requirements are not met.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the Site constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or suspected violations of these Terms. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs only upon shipment of the product.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you of the error, or to contact you for instructions before shipping. We are not obligated to sell any product at an erroneously listed price.

4.3 Payment

Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card or debit card information on our servers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your payment method in connection with purchases made through the Site.

4.4 Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable tax law.

5. Shipping

Shipping terms are summarized below and detailed in our Shipping Policy.

5.1 Shipping Territory

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally. Orders with international shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.

5.2 Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We offer flat-rate and other shipping options as indicated on the Site. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5.3 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Pepticore LLC d/b/a PeptidesEuro is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs after the product has been tendered to the shipping carrier.

5.4 Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the Customer. Re-shipment of orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Refund terms are summarized below and detailed in our Refund Policy.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research materials and the inability to verify the integrity of returned products, we generally do not accept returns.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
  • Incorrect product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped or issue a refund.
  • Defective product: If a product fails to meet published specifications (e.g., purity as stated on the Certificate of Analysis), contact us within thirty (30) days of delivery with supporting documentation. We will investigate and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds, when issued, will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.

To initiate a claim, contact us at support@pepticore.net with your order number, description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or photographs.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site, its content, or any products purchased through the Site for any purpose that is:

  • Unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
  • In violation of the research-use-only restriction set forth in Section 2.
  • Intended for human or animal consumption, administration, or application.
  • Related to the manufacture, compounding, adulteration, or repackaging of any product for sale or distribution.
  • Intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
  • In violation of any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation, including but not limited to FDA, FTC, and DEA regulations.
  • Harmful to minors in any way.
  • Intended to harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or violate the rights of any third party.
  • Designed to interfere with, disrupt, or impose an undue burden on the Site, its servers, or connected networks.
  • Intended to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site.
  • Designed to collect or harvest personally identifiable information from other users.
  • Used for competitive intelligence gathering, scraping, or automated data collection without our written consent.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site and refuse future orders if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in any prohibited use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, trade names, product descriptions, educational content, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of Pepticore LLC d/b/a PeptidesEuro or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, transmit, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, information, or products obtained from the Site without our prior written permission.

The PeptidesEuro name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of Pepticore LLC d/b/a MEIMX. You may not use any of these marks without our prior written permission.

9. Assumption of Risk

You expressly assume all risk associated with the purchase, possession, storage, handling, and use of any product obtained through the Site. You acknowledge that research chemicals may pose inherent risks and that you have independently reviewed all available safety information, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Certificates of Analysis (COA), before purchasing or handling any product.

PeptidesEuro makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability of any product for any particular research application. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether a product is appropriate for your intended research use and to ensure that all handling and use complies with applicable safety protocols, institutional requirements, and regulatory standards.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS, SERVICES, CONTENT, AND INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PeptidesEuro DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE.
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
  • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION ON THE SITE.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM PeptidesEuro OR THROUGH THE SITE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PEPTICORE LLC D/B/A PeptidesEuro, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR:

  • ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT PeptidesEuro HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  • ANY DIRECT DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO PeptidesEuro FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM WITHIN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pepticore LLC d/b/a PeptidesEuro and its officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Site or any product purchased through the Site.
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party.
  • Any claim that your use of any product resulted in personal injury, property damage, or any other harm to any person or entity.
  • Any misrepresentation made by you regarding your qualifications, intended use, or compliance with these Terms.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.

13. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

13.1 Agreement to Arbitrate

You and PeptidesEuro mutually agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product purchased through the Site (collectively, "Disputes") shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AND PeptidesEuro ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13.2 Arbitration Rules and Procedure

Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, which are available at www.adr.org. If the AAA is unavailable, the parties shall agree on an alternative arbitration forum, or a court shall appoint one.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator shall have the authority to award any remedy that would be available in a court of competent jurisdiction under applicable law, but shall not have the authority to conduct class arbitration or to award relief to or against anyone who is not a party to the arbitration.

13.3 Location

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Wyoming or, at the election of the claimant, via telephone or videoconference.

13.4 Arbitration Fees

Each party shall be responsible for its own arbitration fees, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. If the arbitrator finds that the substance of your claim or the relief sought is frivolous or brought for an improper purpose, then the allocation of fees will be governed by the AAA Rules.

13.5 Class Action Waiver

You and PeptidesEuro agree that all Disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only. Neither you nor PeptidesEuro shall have the right to have a Dispute heard as a class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, or any other representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

13.6 Opt-Out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending a written notice to support@pepticore.net within thirty (30) days of your first purchase from the Site. Your notice must include your full name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration provision. If you opt out, neither you nor PeptidesEuro will be required to arbitrate, and all Disputes shall be resolved in the courts specified in Section 14.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

To the extent that any Dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 13, you agree that any such Dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts.

15. Account Terms

The Site may allow guest checkout without requiring account registration. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@pepticore.net of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected violations of these Terms.

16. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by MEIMX. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that PeptidesEuro shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such third-party content, goods, or services.

17. Electronic Communications

By using the Site or placing an order, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, and responses to inquiries. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

18. Force Majeure

Pepticore LLC d/b/a PeptidesEuro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any obligation under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, government orders, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, or failures of third-party services.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pepticore LLC d/b/a PeptidesEuro regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and PeptidesEuro regarding the subject matter herein.

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and PeptidesEuro's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
