- Draw water. Draw 2mL of bacteriostatic water into syringe.
- Inject water. Insert needle through stopper and slowly inject water down the side of the vial.
- Dissolve. Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Solution should be clear.
- Label. Label vial with date and concentration (5mg/mL). Refrigerate immediately.
- Dose. For 1.6mg (Zadaxin standard): draw 0.32mL (32 units). For 3mg: draw 0.6mL (60 units). Inject SC daily or EOD.
