In men, kisspeptin-10 boluses potently evoke LH secretion, and continuous infusion increases testosterone, LH pulse frequency, and pulse size. - Draw water. Draw 2mL of bacteriostatic water into syringe.
- Inject water. Insert needle through stopper and slowly inject water down the side of the vial.
- Dissolve. Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Solution should be clear.
- Label. Label vial with date and concentration (5mg/mL). Refrigerate immediately.
- Dose. For 250mcg dose: draw 0.05mL (5 units). For 500mcg dose: draw 0.1mL (10 units). Inject SC daily or EOD.
